SEMI-AUTMATIC PISTON PRODUCT FILLER

The KP Filling brand Semi Automatic UTC Propellant Pressure Filler is a single station propellant filler/crimper for evacuating, volumetric filling of propellant under-the-cup (UTC), and crimping aerosol containers all in one operation. It includes a table with stainless steel top and a complete, interlocked guarding system.
 
The filler/crimping head is easily adjustable for all standard aerosol containers and valves. Valves can be filled with or without actuator tips attached. Fill weight can be easily adjusted by a "quick adjust" collar achieving the desired piston stroke.
 
This unit is designed to test production parameters for high-speed KP Filling UTC Fillers and is also suitable for continuous production and can be used as a vacuum crimper without filling.
