SEMI-AUTMATIC TTV PROPELLANT PRESSURE FILLER

The KP Filling brand Semi Automatic TTV Propellant Pressure Filler is a single head volumetric filler for filling propellant into aerosol containers thru-the-valve.
Propellant is supplied to the head at filling pressure. The aerosol can is placed under the filling head manually. The fill size is also adjusted manually by increments for coarse adjust and by micrometer for fine adjust.

Head height is adjusted to can height by a handwheel and locking handle. Pneumatic controls lower the head and initiate the fill cycle when the guard door handle is closed, Opening the guard door handle at the end of the fill raises the head. The filling head is the same as on production equipment and can be used in the lab to emulate production conditions. The unit can also be used for continuous production
